Route Sales Managers are responsible for keeping customers; this is done by managing inventory, staying in communication with the customers, communicating customer needs to SuperSource for support, and problem solving.


SuperSource provides ongoing supplemental training to help team members excel to their full potential. There is opportunity to grow and move up within our company with an above average hourly wage/salary, incentives for growing business and skill set, health benefits, 401k program and several other perks.


Starting pay can range between $40K and $60K annually, but with incentives the pay can exceed $100K.
